Klosr is an independent iPhone app by Blue Goat Studios. Support is handled directly by email. We do not operate a separate helpdesk portal or custom sync backend.

What to include

Help us reproduce the issue without sharing private artifact content from your Spaces.

  • Device model and iOS version
  • Whether you are the Space owner or participant
  • Steps taken (sign-in, create Space, invite, compose, send)
  • Any error message shown in the app

CloudKit & invites

Shared Spaces sync through Apple iCloud and CloudKit. Both people need to be signed into iCloud, and invite acceptance uses Apple’s share flow. If an invite fails, confirm iCloud is enabled and try again from Spaces → Invite partner on the owner device.
