By using Klosr during the private beta, you agree to these terms. Klosr is provided by Blue Goat Studios as pre-release software and may change without notice.
1. The service
Klosr is a native iPhone app for private one-to-one Spaces. Features, availability, and sync behavior may change as the product matures. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted CloudKit sync.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for content you create and send.
- You must be 18 or older to use Klosr.
- You must comply with applicable law and Apple’s terms for iCloud and Sign in with Apple.
3. No clinical use
Klosr is not a medical device, therapist, crisis service, or diagnostic tool. Do not use it as a substitute for professional care in emergencies.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blue Goat Studios is not liable for indirect damages, data loss attributable to iCloud outages, or user disputes between Space participants. The app is provided “as is” during beta.
